DMCA & Copyright Policy

1. Copyright Infringement Notification

2. How to Submit a Takedown Notice

3. Response Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

  1. Acknowledge receipt of your notice within 24-48 hours.
  2. Review the claim to verify it meets DMCA requirements.
  3. Remove or disable access to the identified content promptly if the notice is valid.
  4. Notify the content uploader (if applicable) that the content has been removed.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we have a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or content uploaders who are repeat infringers of copyright.

6. Good Faith
